Hello, I have created my own YouTube channel for some time and I publish videos on it. But I’m looking forward to making money from YouTube.
Does anyone here know when does YouTube start to pay you? Hi Silipak! To start earning money from your YouTube channel, you need to be part of the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). The YPP enables creators to monetize their content through ads, sponsorships, merchandise sales, and more.
To be eligible for the YPP, your channel needs to meet the following requirements:
- Have at least 1,000 subscribers
- Have at least 4,000 watch hours in the past 12 months
- Comply with YouTube’s terms of service and community guidelines
Once your channel meets these requirements, you can apply for the YPP through your YouTube account. If your application is approved, you’ll be able to start monetizing your content and earning money from your videos.
It’s worth noting that the amount of money you can earn from YouTube depends on a variety of factors, such as the number of views your videos receive, the demographics of your audience, and the types of ads that are displayed on your videos.Additionally, you’ll need to link your YouTube account to a Google AdSense account to receive payments. YouTube pays creators on a monthly basis, but there is a minimum payment threshold of $100. Once you reach this threshold, you’ll receive your payment via your chosen payment method (such as direct deposit or PayPal).
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
