I think we all know how to promote a post on Instagram using the “promote post” feature. However, I have heard that, through sites outside Instagram, it is possible to promote one’s posts towards a more selected target. Now I know little about social media and even less about computer science, so I ask you:

1. Could you recommend one of these sites?
2. and is it possible to promote a post to only subscribers to a specific profile?
