I am trying to log in, while the LinkedIn seems to be trying to do it, but failing. In fact, LinkedIn does not allow me access.

I am putting the right password, and every time it says that something unexpected happened and I can not log in. I also tried to enter from my phone and another browser.

Has this happened to anyone else?

If you’re experiencing login issues with LinkedIn and have ensured that you’re entering the correct password, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

      1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

        • Sometimes, issues can arise due to cached data or cookies. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and then attempt to log in again.
      2. Use Incognito/Private Browsing Mode:

        • Open a new incognito or private browsing window and try logging in. This helps to rule out any issues related to browser extensions or cached data.
      3. Verify Internet Connection:

        • Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Unstable or slow internet connections can sometimes lead to login issues.
      4. Check LinkedIn Status:

        • Visit LinkedIn’s official status page (status.linkedin.com) to check if there are any ongoing issues or outages on their end. If there is a widespread issue, it may not be related to your account specifically.
      5. Reset Password:
        • If the issue persists, try resetting your LinkedIn password. Use the “Forgot password?” option on the login page to receive instructions on resetting your password.
      6. Update Browser:

        • Ensure that your browser is up to date. Outdated browsers may not be fully compatible with LinkedIn’s features.
      7. Disable Browser Extensions:

        • Temporarily disable browser extensions, as they can sometimes interfere with the login process.
      8. Try a Different Device:

        • If possible, try logging in from a different device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to a particular device.
      9. Contact LinkedIn Support:

        • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it’s advisable to contact LinkedIn support. They can provide assistance and investigate any potential account-related issues.

Remember to never share your login credentials or personal information with anyone claiming to be from LinkedIn through unofficial channels. Always use official LinkedIn channels for support.

If the problem continues, reaching out to LinkedIn’s support team is the best course of action. They can provide specific assistance based on the details of your account and the issue you’re facing.
