  I hope all is well,
  I have an idea for online shopping and I need an Instagram account at first
  There are two questions; could anyone kindly help me:
  1. how to find inactive Instagram usernames in the field of musical instruments?
  2. how to get or claim an inactive Instagram username?

  I’m not sure if I have understood your question correctly. However, if you’re a public figure, and you find that an inactive account is impersonating you, and this is your problem, you can request Instagram to verify you. When claiming an inactive Instagram username, this will help your case .
