How to fix the problem of uploading photos in Insta stories?

  Hi guys.
  
  I am trying to upload an Instagram story but the pictures receive a sort of layer/filter. Like really big coloured pixels over the actual picture.
  
  I’ve tried to reinstall the app, to erase the cookies, to change the settings.
  
  At the end, Unfortunately nothing works!
  
  How to fix the problem of uploading photos in Insta stories?
  
  Is there anyone here who can help me with this problem?
