Hi – I’ve just started a new group on Facebook. Someone has just signed up to Facebook with an new account. When you send this account a link to join a Community chat it just goes to the main group page. Everyone else in the group has buttons on the main group page to join the chat but with this new account the button have disappeared. Even if you make this account an Admin the Community chat options are missing from the Admin Tools. It seems impossible to add this account to the chat but there wasn’t any problems with the other accounts.
