How do I see all previously deleted posts on Instagram?

  Hello, dears,
  I have an account on Instagram and two months ago I had a discussion with my boyfriend and I got mad and deleted my posts now I want to know How do I see all previously deleted posts on Instagram

  I really understand you. Everyone makes such mistakes when he or she is very upset. To solve your problem, first, open the Instagram app and go to your Instagram Profile. Next, tap the hamburger icon at the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings. Then, tap on Account and look for ‘Recently deleted’ at the bottom of the menu. Now, you can view all your recently deleted posts and stories, including IGTV and Reels. You can recover anyone you want.
