  I deleted my account on Instagram three months ago and now I want to recover my account.

  If you have deleted your account on Instagram, there is no way to recover it but you can create a new one with the same email address, please note that you may not be able to get the same username.
  Also , if your account was deleted by stealing or hacking the answer is different.
