How do I make my Twitter account private?

      Hello guys,

      I am new to Twitter. What is the default setting for a Twitter profile? Is it private or public? Does everybody on Twitter see my full profile?

      Hi, welcome to Twitter. It is easy. Just follow these steps: First, open the Twitter mobile app. Next, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner. Then, tap the back arrow to view the full settings menu. Next, tap Privacy and safety, then tap Audience and tagging. And finally, tap the slider next to Protect your Tweets, then tap Done.
