How can I join Instagram live of people without them knowing?

  Hi everyone
  I want to watch a friend’s live show on Instagram.
  I know how to join her Instagram live, but I don’t want my friend to know that.
  please advise, How can I join Instagram live without them knowing?
  Is there a way?

  Hello dear friend,
  There is no option to hide your identity while watching Live videos. The broadcaster will know that you have watched their video. However, there are some workaround ways through which you can watch live Instagram videos.
