Does Instagram delete (remove) fake accounts?

      Hi guys,
      I know this is so embarrassing but I have a fake account on Instagram that sometimes I check my girlfriend😅 I want to know does Instagram remove fake accounts?

      Hi Joshua,

      The good news is Instagram doesn’t do that yet. But, in the future it might. So, although your account is fake, you can publish a post once in a while to avoid such deletion in future.
