Hey man

It’s easy. Just follow these steps:

1- First, Log into instagram.com from a computer.
2- Next, click on your profile picture in the top right and click Profile.
3- Then, click Edit Profile.
4- Next, click Temporarily deactivate my account in the bottom right.
5- And finally, select an option from the drop-down menu next to “Why are you deactivating your account?”.

Done!
