Hello Helena,

You should know that the “User not found” error on Instagram means that the user either changed their username, the user blocked you, the user deleted or disabled their account or the account has been suspended. These are the possible situations. So if you are in contact with another follower of that user, ask him to see if he or she can see the person’s profile using the same ID.
